Login using your assigned username and password if you have received one via e-mail.

If you have not received one then the first time you log in use your first initial and last name, then click "Forgot my Password".  Your password will be sent to the e-mail address we have on file if you are a current member.  If your e-mail now is different than the one LPA has on file, please call
1/888-LPA-2001 to update it.  You may also send an e-mail to the office at
lpaoffice@sbcglobal.net.
