Dwarf Artist Coalition
The Dwarf Artist Coalition is a program specifically dedicated for people of short stature interested in the visual and creative arts. We are supported under the non-profit organization of Little People of America, Inc. (501 (c)). The DAC membership is open to LP artists of all ages ranging from children, young people (teens and students), recreationists and professionals.
The Dwarf Artist Coalition was founded in 1992 by artist and photographer Ricardo Gil, and has previously been chaired by Irene Yuan and since 1997, Amanda Cachia, who is an independent curator and PhD student in Art History, Theory and Criticism at the University of California in San Diego. Amanda has organized successful small displays of visual art by a variety of LPA conference participants in Seattle (2007), New York (2009) and Anaheim (2011).
If you have any questions or would like to know more about the DAC, please contact Amanda Cachia at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Everyone is also welcome to join the DAC Facebook page and put up your artwork, poetry and more to share with all, at:
